Hosted at Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Czech Republic.
We are proud to host the 7th International Rock Climbing Research Association (IRCRA) Congress, scheduled for 5th-8th August 2025 in the historic and vibrant city of Prague. This event aims to serve as a dynamic platform for knowledge exchange and to foster collaboration among scientists, practitioners, and stakeholders in the climbing community.
Our vision for the congress is to make a lasting impact on the field by advancing climbing-related research, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration, and elevating the standards of climbing practice worldwide. This gathering will also highlight the rich history of Czech climbing, celebrating its early 20th-century origins in traditional sandstone climbing and its international competitive successes.
Join us in Prague to contribute to and benefit from a gathering that promises to shape the future of climbing through shared knowledge and unified efforts.
